Make Better Research Lead You To Better Investing Decisions
Each employee received a personalized pamphlet from the 401(k) program several years ago. After detailing our current investments, the pamphlet described how much we could expect to earn by the time we retire and included a quote for how much we could draw monthly to supplement our Social Security earnings. After I calculated the numbers I panicked, and I began to look for better ways to invest for my retirement. Every month, stock brokers and investment research firms sent me their research. Unfortunately, the newsletters lacked any usable information and they left me high and dry.
